1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Path Eight Collective Family Blueprint platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Path Eight Collective ("we," "us," or "our").

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Service Description

Family Blueprint is a numerology-based family intelligence platform that provides personalized insights through AI-generated content. The Service includes:

• Numerology profile calculations based on birthdates and names
• AI-generated family blueprints with relationship dynamics and insights
• Daily energy readings and personal day calculations
• AI-powered question-and-answer sessions (Ask Path Eight)
• AI chat for personalized guidance
• Pattern tracking with energy goals, trend charts, weekly digest, and CSV export
• PDF export of generated blueprints

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account through our Manus OAuth authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure, including enabling MFA when available
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You may delete your account at any time through the Account settings page

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide through Stripe. You agree that all purchases are final unless otherwise stated. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding user-generated and AI-generated content), features, functionality, design, branding, and underlying technology, is and remains the exclusive property of Path Eight Collective and its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Path Eight Collective name, logo, and trademarks
• The Family Blueprint platform design, UI/UX, and visual identity
• Numerology content banks, archetype definitions, and content frameworks
• Proprietary algorithms for numerology calculations and pattern detection
• All software code, documentation, and technical infrastructure

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service, including family member information, chat messages, and pattern check-in data ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to provide any User Content you submit, including the right to share information about family members. For information about minors, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to the processing of that data.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate blueprints, insights, chat responses, and other content. Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI-generated content is provided for personal reflection and entertainment purposes
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• AI-generated content should not be used as a substitute for professional advice
• You may use your AI-generated blueprints for personal, non-commercial purposes
• We reserve the right to modify the AI models and generation processes at any time
• AI-generated content may vary between sessions and is not guaranteed to be reproducible

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Service, including numerology calculations and AI-generated insights.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PATH EIGHT COLLECTIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Path Eight Collective and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Account settings page. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
